Plajomkung prakonchai

Is food local in Burirum province. Shrimp for to brew Plajomkungprakonchai
Is kungfoy. Kungfoy is shrimp come from fresh water.
Plajomkungprakonchai can made two method.

1. Can made it by before to brew clean shrimp and mix with salt in water jar to brew shrimp with salt about 2 -3 day. After that to bring mix with and mixed kaokua about 5-6 day.

2. Use the best fish sauce first of all bring shrimp put in water jar and take fish sauce put on shrimp for shrimp is beautiful, delicues. Second use white cloth close water jar after that brew about 2-3 days. Finally , bring kaokauw mix with shrimp brew and closed water jar about 5-6 days . All ready can eaten. If brewed shrimp 2-3 weeks the taste will more delicues.

Now , Plajomkungprakonchai have for sale everywhere in Burirum province and in other province.
